Low transaction speed
I exchanged BTC for ETH and didn’t receive the coins within an hour. The support team didn’t respond to me. The ETH coins arrived only 2 hours after I sent BTC, so I can't recommend this service.

Hi, John. During your transaction, there was a sudden spike in the Bitcoin network fee. Your transaction was confirmed only an hour and a half after it appeared in the network. But don’t worry, the exchange rate and coin reserve are locked at the moment the transaction appears on the network, so there's nothing to worry about. If speed is important to you, try setting a higher fee when sending BTC. Thanks for your feedback.
